The time has come... move the band

Hard disagree That open end is wonderful for esthetically from camera shots. and great to still be able to see the action if you happen to walk thru it during the game. Also, we rarely/barely sell out as it is, so decent chance those seats go to visitors (cringing at thinking of the old...

The time has come... move the band

Not sure if still true but I thought it was legislation that said 20% of the stadium had to be allotted to students. Part of getting some of the state funding for the stadium

The time has come... move the band

Agreed. Give them an entire section (the final section of students in either of the corners. Fill out the current band spot to align it with the rest of the stadium and call it good.

Surprising Big Ten Offense Has Elite Running Back Room

Questioning the bold part. The transfers seem to be pretty solid. I'm sure there's sites that keep more detailed ratings but 247 gave transfer ratings of 89 to Marshall (22nd IOL) and Tafai (25th T) 88 to Ray (35th IOL) 84 to Ball Also adding depth at RB with Turner (8th) and Davis (36th)...

The Gophers need to get into the statue-erecting business too outside of Huntington Bank Stadium.

To me, I see 4 statues. Smith and Bronko. You win and Heisman or have a national award named after you, you're in Bierman, Warmath. You coach a national championship team. You're in. Everyone else can be recognized in other ways (as we already do around the stadium and in the football complex)
