Did he ask the ref if he was on the line? That’s typically how it goes — turn to the ref, signal you intend to be on the LOS, and you get a yes or no. If he didn’t and was 1.5 yards off, then it absolutely should’ve been a penalty.

He’s not a very good zone RB. He’s a super explosive athlete who hits a hole if it exists, but I just haven’t seen the ability to read interior blocking.

It’s surprising for sure after the 4th quarter last week, but in all fairness MN is running the ball WAY better today.

The 3rd down conversion was frustrating because it was a horrible spot and there was a missed tackle behind the line, but the story of that drive is USC gashed MN on the ground. If they can keep any semblance of a run game going, MN is screwed with Moss throwing it.

Pass rush better start getting home or Miller is going to pick them apart moving forward. Love the physicality though.
