When was the last time the gophers put the backups in during Big 10 play? I don't even feel like they did in that Rutgers* game (which barely counts as a Big 10 game anyway). Time to put in the backups. No need for Mo and Tanner to be out there.

I think everyone is frustrated by the IL and BG games, but if you'd have asked me at the beginning of the season how I'd feel about "9-4 with a win over Wisconsin" I'd say "that sounds like a good season to me!"

This reminds me again that I want to see Smith of Minnesota, and also that the DVDs go for $65 on Amazon and I'm not sure I want to see it that badly.

Maybe it's already come up in this thread, but just remember that Georgia Tech was super salty about having to play a 6-6 Minnesota team they thought was beneath them. Then the Gophers rocked them and sent their coach into retirement.
