Probably exemplifies him well. Not commanding with officials, doesn't seem like he's too commanding with players. Doesn't command the program. This level of sport just demands a large ego that Ben doesn't have. I don't think that's a bad thing, it just doesn't make him right for this job.

I truly understand he has good stats and is likely better than I give him credit for, but doesn't something about him just feel like a non-winner? I don't feel like he makes players around him better. He gets his, and that's what it is. Maybe I'm harsh, that's just how I view it.
