5 star tackle commits to TTU for 5mil over 3 years

TT apparently has one the largest NIL budgets in the country. So far it hasn’t really shown as far as football recruiting.

    Fleck's Good Wins at Minnesota

If we aren’t double digit favorites it’s hard for me to say we should have certainly won. I don’t know the numbers, but I doubt we’ve lost one of those every year. Bowling Green is the only one I know for sure off the top of my head.

    Fleck's bad losses at MN

I wouldn’t call the 22 loss to Purdue a bad loss, yes it sucked because of what it cost us, but we were without our best player on offense and it showed terribly. We couldn’t have been much of a favorite. Even Rutgers last year we weren’t a heavy favorite.

Daniel McMorris (2026 No. 29 OT, from OK)

Looks like a great group of olinemen in this class.

    Indiana ducking P4 non-conference foes?

It sucks when everyone starts doing it. I assumed most would go this route with expanded playoffs.

    Different Vibe

We never offered him though. Other than Hansen, Mahlman and Leidner has anyone else been decent recently?

Kerry Brown deserves more buzz | BMTN video

To think we came pretty close to landing Thieneman out of high school as well.

    Different Vibe

We’re definitely at a point where a loss to either rival is consistently more of a disappointment than an expectation.

Sacramento State is hiring Tim Brewster as senior associate head coach.

Brew pretty much was hired because he was known as one of the best recruiters in the country. He kind of delivered on that, but failed at many of the crucial question marks. I still think it was a model that should have had more success if stable coordinators could’ve been put in place.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

On scholarship? Bold claim. We have no idea what our staff told him as far as position possibilities.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

Yeah, I can’t imagine anyone would be very forceful with telling him which position he’d play, especially if he was desiring a different one. It’s interesting people are declaring we were recruiting him to be a LB while others are saying we wanted him as a TE.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

I think if he pans out how PSU wants he’ll throw a few balls.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

I haven’t really seen that much vitriol. Not ripping his choice is enough, we don’t need to wish him luck on top of it.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

Welp he better start eating. I still think he’d be better off trying to be the next DeVondre Campbell instead being lured by that gadget TE stuff they ran with Warren.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

No sure thing we’d offer him at that point.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

I know kids can often add a ton of weight, but kind of interesting comparing Petersohn to other TEs, he seems awful light. 30 pounds less than guys like Voss, Spann Ford, and Warren were in high school. I’m sure there’s been some comps that were underweight to start too though, anyone know of any?

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

Haha I dunno about calling him a loser for not picking us, but yeah that’s where he is at now.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

Or he may end up at Missouri St ala Davon Townley.

    Pierce Petersohn to announce tomorrow!!!

Also Voss is the second TE we have in this class. Plus four underclassmen on the roster. I was hoping Petersohn could be a LB.
