As much as it was a disappointment that at the time 5 star recruit reneged on his commitment and went to another school this is still a young man whose basketball future seems to be in great peril. That is sad news and wish him the best in the future.

Just turned the game on so far so good. Came into this game thinking this is the type of game the gophers if they have thoughts of any sorts of post season play in the future should put up a good showing and hopefully win!

Barn looks to be pretty empty. But this team is way more energetic than last years version. At the very least they should be a better watch this year than last year.

Wolters would have been great but that was under Tubby. Class of 2009. Instead of Wolters Tubby recruited Justin Cobbs who also had a pretty good college career. Just it was at Cal and not at Minnesota. Just looked Cobbs up and it looks like he is still playing overseas.

So this is a case where going through the actual game is different than if you would read the box score. I think most of us having been through the last year you play a legit P5 school tough and lose by 2 would see that as progress from last year. But you watch this game. You see the 20 point...
