??????? I'm also an alum of UND and it would be a waste of a game for the Gophers to schedule them. Schedule a SEC, ACC or Big12 opponent and that might be fun, exciting and/or interesting whereas UND would be none of them. Could care less about scheduling their football team and the Gophers...

If I recall correctly, some of those higher rated players he was successful in recruiting were off the radar of a lot of programs due to various red flags. As a new head coach he was willing to take a chance.

That's why you don't leave your starters in late in a game you have won like we did last week with Maryland. If Joyner would have been seriously hurt, he wouldn't have played today. Despite being held, he sealed the game by stripping the ball.

Maryland game planned to totally stop the run and to the coaches credit they had a pass heavy gameplan ready. To Max and the receivers credit, they executed it well. Loved the game with the exception of some starters in that late of a blowout. Hope Joyner is OK.

Wow, team goes for 193 on the ground and Taylor has 144 and the OL showed no improvement? Yes he's a stud but the OL maintained their blocks long enough to get Taylor to next level (Lbs and the Dbs) and with his extra effort came the extra yards. Even Major averaged over 5 yards per carry.
