A three-star high school prospect two years ago out of California, Darian Mensah hit the transfer portal with an eye-popping asking price that perhaps best illustrated what name, image and likeness has turned into within college football. The Tulane redshirt freshman quarterback had a strong...

    Hey y'all from Blacksburg/Virginia Tech....

I can confirm Popeye's is much better than Bojangles. I live in Orlando and used to be a huge Seminole fan when Bobby Bowden was coach and frequented the rivalry games vs Florida and Miami. Popeye's was our goto tailgate meal. The chicken, biscuits and sides are all great.

This Week in Big Ten Hockey: Golden Gophers booming with confidence heading into Wisconsin series as Minnesota’s blue line a ‘catalyst for us’

After sweeping Penn State in their opening weekend of Big Ten play, Minnesota is 7-1-0, the team’s best start since beginning the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season with 10 wins in a row. The seven wins in eight games is the Golden Gophers’ best start under Bob Motzko outside of that truncated...

The Athletic: Most underrated (early) game: Minnesota (3-2, 5-3 Big Ten) at No. 24 Illinois (6-2, 3-2)

Bret Bielema’s squad remains in the Top 25 despite getting blown out by Oregon last week 38-9. After a result like that, I can see this weekend going one of two ways for the Illini: getting revenge and wreaking havoc on Minnesota or … spiraling. The Golden Gophers have won three straight...
