I watched some of Lemke’s HS highlight video. Almost all of it was him shooting threes. Very little was him working inside or playing defense. Whomever put that video together did him no favors. Despite the need to add a couple of bigs, the video left me believing he can’t help this team in 25/26.

I am concerned about the lack of bigs on the Gopher roster. The good news is that there are a lot of players to choose from, hopefully better than Edmunds. There are some 7’ or bigger players in the Big Ten that our 6’8” players will have difficulty with.

If you have great athletes who can shoot it might work. But no one would claim that being smaller in the middle is better.

Next they need to add a 6’10” or bigger guy. 6’8” centers are too small, even if they are wide bodies.
