If the 7th is a multi position player like Copeland at Indiana. We had 2 starters go down this year which left us 3/4 of our staff freshmen.

I would expect to see jones and hooper in the lineup next season. If Hambrick is done I think they need two portal pitchers to add depth and experience.

Shouldn’t there be a limit on how much NIL can be spent by each school per year? At least would keep the playing field somewhat level. It would be up to the school to decide what sports they spend it on.

After today’s loss to Rutgers it’s time give the freshman some additional experience until the B1G tournament. Remaining league games won’t matter since there’s only one way to reach the tournament.

Looks like we’ll be 7-5 after this weekend. Down 11-0 in the 2nd and only one out. Not having a dominant pitcher is our achilles heel.
