That’s probably true. Maybe the reason for their success comes from working as a team, not having individuals trying to be a superstar. Men’s teams could learn from the women.

Someone needs to teach this team defense. Six errors is ridiculous, especially 3 by the first baseman in a single inning. I think the pitching staff might appreciate not having to get more than 3 outs per inning.

I would have started Richardson coming out of the bullpen working her way into the starting rotation.

I miss the years when you could count on the defense helping the pitcher get off the field. Hosick needs to practice throwing to first base. You have first year players and a transfer at every position in the infield except third, no continuity.

They need to find a way to bring runners in, too many LOB. Can’t win if you can’t get hits.

Yes she was. She took Schwartz place as a hitting pitcher and then became the DH when Hosick came in.
