Yeah, he has a good chance to get drafted might be 6th or 7th though. I just don't think he's getting as much attention as he probably should at this point. I think he's probably solidly worth a 5th but with injury concerns projecting can be pretty hard for these mid to late rd guys.

Yup. They just go to JUCO to get grades up, work on things ...ect and then go to college and take 6 credits of basket weaving sort of stuff.

I think you only have to be enrolled in 6 credits worth of classes to play so.

I don't think skipping the Mayo Bowl really disappoints anyone. If they were in the college football playoffs, yeah, but this bowl game is pretty low level.

I think he has a shot to make a good career in the NFL. Not sure he's destined to e a pro bowl level guy but never know, but I think he will stick around a while.

I think for the really sought after recruits it probably does hurt them. But like the 3 star kids? Those are dime a dozen for big time football programs. Those are the kids going to smaller schools, blowing up then everyone wants them and then the big schools win the NIL bidding war.

I generally agree with that but I think there needs to be more rules on how it operates, it's like the old west out there. I think it benefits the top and bottom of college football a lot more than the middle.

Everyone is losing a lot, most teams are just losing a bunch of kids that figured out they weren't going to get on the field anyway. Maybe a few bigger recruits are lost here and there but most are probably players that weren't going to see the field anyway.
