    Bracketology 2019-2020

Charlie Creme must've realized they were actually games on Sunday since his new update, which should basically be just fix his top 4 seeds to match the committee reveal, has Minnesota back under First Four Out (and Nebraska in Next Four Out)

    Bracketology 2019-2020

Gophers would probably be in as of now if they had 1 more win. Almost none of the bubble teams from other conferences are that impressive, so maybe it's assumed they don't want to have every Big Ten team in the field if they can avoid it.

    B1G Conference Games: 2019-20

Thanks partly to Berger, who the Gophers let go 10-13 against themselves, being 0-11 with 0 points so far.

Destiny PItts: Transfers to Texas A&M (All Things Suspension and Transfer Related)

Losing only one game to a good team (not like they lost to Illinois again at home at full-strength) seems like a silly reason for a team to decide to go into chaos. Gopher WBB started 1-2 in B1G two years ago coming off a bad Stollings non-conference, meaning they'd need a near-miracle to have a...

Destiny PItts: Transfers to Texas A&M (All Things Suspension and Transfer Related)

The only lesson I can come up is nobody good should ever play at Minnesota unless they want their talent to be wasted in losing every game, espeically in Big Ten play. Go to schools that are committed to winning and drawing fan excitement instead.

Sounds like Pitts is big recruit on visit at Arizona.

All Things Paige Bueckers Recruitment Thread - Videos, Analysis, Tid-Bits, Articles

That's what happens when the Gophers never bothered to hire a coach that would make them a place that top players would want to play for, being content with mediocrity instead.

Is the WBB imploding this season?

Purdue (along with Iowa for barely beating them) should be ashamed for fooling some of us into believing Gopher WBB might still be half-decent for a moment.

    Bracketology 2019-2020

It's easier for many people, including me, to have more to say when favorite team is losing. Vikings fans have more to say when they lose, I'm sure people in Kansas City would have more to say if the Chiefs lost yesterday. Lakers fans have more to say when they go on slumps instead of winning, etc.

    Bracketology 2019-2020

Almost nobody from his current First Four Out and Next Four Out is or has been impressive (none of the Next Four Out seem to be of any threat to make field barring massive upsets), so Gophers being a last team in isn't unreasonable (assuming they get full credit for everything they did when...

Can the Lady Gophers still make the NCAA Tournament?

The bubble as of right now is weak enough that Charlie Creme moved the Gophers back into "Last Four In" in his update from overnight. Too bad Gophers blew that again against Iowa or they would've made things way easier. Saving Gophers this year is win against Arizona St and rest of...

BIG Game 7: Gophers Visit Purdue (1-19-20)

I believe West Lafayette, IN is the only place in America quarantined from the Minnesota 4th Quarter Collapse Disease.

Destiny PItts: Transfers to Texas A&M (All Things Suspension and Transfer Related)

The difference is Staley started at a non-Power 5 team coming off several years of losing records (and basically back in the dark ages when social media didn't exist), while Whalen started at a Power 5 team coming off of an NCAA Tournament appearance, so Staley probably didn't have the immediate...

Chip: Lindsay Whalen learning the difficulties of trying to build her own culture

Heck, even the extremely low-bar of 6th in the Big Ten most years is good enough to make the NCAA Tournament most seasons (including this season).

    B1G Game 6: Gophers Host Iowa (1-9-20)

Yes, because Stollings wasn't going to make Gophers any better than mediocre to fringe NCAA tournament team, not a contender like the previously irrelevant Oregon schools, Mississippi St, etc. But Gophers can't even be mediocre these past two years.

    B1G Game 6: Gophers Host Iowa (1-9-20)

At least all these blown games will probably mean Gophers stuck in WNIT, unless they keep losing that they don't even qualify for WNIT. It would just be our luck to get eliminated in WNIT by Texas Tech (if even make it that far).
