    sort of like the old saying about having 3 quarterbacks. The OP might not have meant it, but -- eventually -- it'd be nice to vary the sites of the CFP locations. If we are truly out of the bowl game era, fine. Seattle, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, etc, can all host.

    Sure, but there isn't all too much difference. Same day, 1.5 hours drive apart, usually the same conference opponent, and with the "recent match up" rules, the difference is close to zilch. The later kick off is a nice benefit for the Citrus, Tampa for most folks the much nicer location.

    Boy, I think with the Gopher win over PSU it would have been Minnesota Rose Bowl bound. I think the assumption of the Badgers falling to #20 seems appropriate, with all that we know now.

    Which roles? I really don't think of Wisconsin as a helmet school. Do you think if the Gophers had won by 3 TDs, and lost to OSU by 10 or so they really wouldn't be in the Rose Bowl with a 11-2 record?
