Sorry to tell you this, but it's an open competition. Lindsay has been here so he has a leg up but Pyron will have a chance to win the starting job. Not like Pyron had a boatload of experience to determine things. He'll be given the opportunity to win the starting job and show he's improved...

If true it's insane, but I don't believe these reports further than I can throw them. There are so many people with incentive to lie about these things and bring the players down that I don't know how anyone could look at these and not call BS.

Per his twitter he's actually gotten quite a few solid offers, Toledo, FAU, Delaware, UTEP, Bowling Green and Western Michigan. Hope he tears up the MAC with one of those schools!

Elijah Spencer was all conference at Charlotte in 2022 and came here in the same situation as we have right now, Kaliakmanis hadn't been a starter yet and we didn't know how QB was going to shake out. Ended up having a great 2nd year.
