Resetting the shot clock to 20 seconds on a out of bounds in the front court is a horrendous idea. If you are playing really good defense, the shot clock is winding down, and you knock the ball out with 2 seconds left, why should the offense get another 20 second reset?

The jersey tuck rule is a very good rule. Otherwise, players pull on jerseys. I know they already do it, but with them untucked it makes it even easier for them to get away with it.

I disagree. Rose was an excellent ball handler, and was very instrumental in breaking the press. And knowing her skillset, she then distributed the ball. She also played fantastic defense, getting those quick little hands in and stealing passes.
