I remember when I was in high school our fans got extremely belligerent toward the opposition basketball team, chanting "F you" at them. Our coach stopped the game, grabbed the microphone and told the crowd "this is not how we treat guests in our house, it stops now". I learned a lesson from that.

Isn't the CG suppose to give the B1G one more chance, if necessary, to impress the committee and get a team into the playoffs? I don't see any real upside to OSU even playing this year. At best, they win another conference title. Big deal. At worst they lose or get some critical players...

Maybe we can all agree that the drunk assholes, regardless of the team they cheer for, are garbage human beings. I won't defend any of them. Being drunk is not an excuse for anything. I would have hoped that reasonable vikings fans would have stepped up in a situation like that.

Perhaps I'm scarred, but after my experience with the aforementioned packer fan I haven't taken my kids to a major sporting event. Too many psychos. And the badger fans do love their alcohol.
