    New 2025 committ

He won’t help our explosive play problem, but he certainly looks like he might be a good candidate as a third down back at a minimum.

Will the Gophers ever win another Big Ten title?

Would you complain if we switched bowl games with Iowa the past decade—two decades?

    Authentic Gophers Helmets

I have a replica, but it has Tyler Johnson’s autograph on it and it sits prominently in my office.

Drake Lindsey: Can’t wait for this 2025 season with This team and all our coaches! Let’s rock!!

He doesn’t need to lead the team next year. He just needs to have leadership characteristics and stick to his business of playing QB. The leadership responsibilities will increase overtime.

Regardless of ranking PJ has historically gotten on an A on all things portal related. This year it seems like he’s outperformed with keeping our own kids on the team.

Will the Gophers ever win another Big Ten title?

Probably not, but if we can go to the type of bowl games that Iowa generally go to instead of the dredges that we have been stuck in, I’d be happy.

    Sori-Marin Name LB Coach

I’m not surprised. 55 has held a more prominent spot than I’d have ever imagined within Gopher football world for years. He did, however, get to a level of an average B10G LBer by his 5th year. Before that, he spent a lot of time chasing opposing players into the end zone and holding up his fist...

PJ was hired 8 years ago today. What grade would you give the Fleck era?

Purdue and NW—meh. Letting Iowa kick your teeth that day if you were there in person couldn’t be any worse.

Minnesota’s Corey Hetherman new defensive coordinator at Miami

I believe that part of a typical HC’s negotiation when he talks contract with the school is the size of his assistants pool. Perhaps I’m mistaken. If not, then as PJ has continued to outperform or at least perform as it relates to his contract, the assistant pool has apparently lagged behind...

Minnesota’s Corey Hetherman new defensive coordinator at Miami

If PJ isn’t underpaid why would his assistants be? I don’t dislike PJ just asking a question?

Minnesota’s Corey Hetherman new defensive coordinator at Miami

Potentially. But there is risk every time we change a coordinator that we get another Robb Smith.

Minnesota’s Corey Hetherman new defensive coordinator at Miami

Oh, for F sake. If he doesn’t have enough juice after 8 years to have what he needs in his assistants pool then he’s dumber than I thought. Is he underpaid? If not, which I think is the answer, then why are the assistants—mainly the coordinators?

Minnesota’s Corey Hetherman new defensive coordinator at Miami

If those two knuckleheads aren’t responsible for making sure we are paying at or above the going wage for coaches, then who is? Coyle is the king of the dipshits.

Minnesota’s Corey Hetherman new defensive coordinator at Miami

Miami hasn’t been particularly relevant in college football for two decades.

Fleck and Coyle both own the budget. PJ, hire another guy from Rutgers the connection there has worked great for you!!

    Coaches contracts

Yep. Needed better OL play that was a downer and a bit of a surprise. Considering we had the best left tackle in the conference the other four must’ve left a lot to be desired.

Once next year is over his mid seven figure salary opportunities from football disappear. He has zero shot of being a second contract starting QB in the NFL.

Charlotte's Mayo bowl game suffered the smallest turnout in its 23-year history on Jan. 3.

We have to look in the mirror and think that we’re probably not the greatest draw in the world for your average college football fan and then at least is important folks in the south hate the cold. If it was as cold as advertised, I’m sure that kept quite a few locals away. I work with a bunch...
