    Yes, he’s far from a finished product and there are developmental players in the NFL, as well. He has things that cannot be coached: speed, intuition and quickness - more important for a backer than speed in my opinion - as most plays don’t require him having to cover a great distance.

    Man, never in my wildest dreams about ten years ago, did I think we could land a player at his level from SEC country, with an offer from his home state U.
