It's like Georgia coaches recruited receivers that looked good stepping off the bus but didn't bother checking whether they could catch.

Notre Dame might benefit from legal booster funding more than any team in the country. They could become a perennial juggernaut.

I don’t mind the top conference champs getting a bye, but there’s no way Boise was better than the ACC champ. I don’t care if Clemson had three losses.

After watching all these CFP and bowl games, I'm coming to the realization that the Gophs are realistically on the cusp of being a CFP level team. Just need some key player health and the ball to bounce the right way a few times.

    Another NIL mess…

On the bright side, in this current NIL mess, it can be a competitive advantage to offer a straight forward, transparent, well run, and decently funded NIL program. It sounds like DTA fits that mold. Gophs might not land the dumbass knuckleheads looking only for quick big bag, but that's OK.

    SEC armor - hypothetical results

I don’t have a complaint with the teams selected nor that there are 5 auto bids going to conference champs. I do think they should tweak the seeding. Boise has no business getting a bye. The CFP screwed themselves by ranking them too high going into the final week. Oregon shouldn’t get...

Somebody else can start thread, but Logan Loya commits. WR from UCLA. He had a PFF rating a hair below Jackson and no drops in 39 targets.

Who dressed OSU in full blown Indiana red at home? Dumb. It’s a playoff game. Go with tradition and silver pants.

JJ McCarthy single handedly lost the playoff game for Michigan against an inferior TCU a couple years ago. Two pick sixes in that game too I think.

None of those guys are accustomed to playing in frigid weather and frozen turf including PSU. It's usually not that cold even in PA during the regular season.

This might have been a dumb comment. PSU looking very average so far against a good team like they do every time they play a good team.

    Indifferent to Indiana, but.....

Hard to believe, but with a 9-game conference schedule in an 18 team league, Indiana only played 2 teams in the top half of the conference standings and went 1-1 in those. You won't see many teams with that kind of luck. Michigan was barely in the top half of the standings.

Notre Dame has been sending numbers on defense all night and Indiana can't figure out how to get the ball more than 3 yards downfield. Kinda reminds me of a Sanford offense. Rourke is overrated. He holds on to the ball way too long. Notre Dame is clearly better athletically. I thought they...
