What happens if Deion’s next QB wins more games?

I think Wittke might be a better athlete than Pyron if they want to feature a wildcat package.

Unfortunately with transfer rules how they are right now it’s very difficult to keep a well stocked QB room. One bad thing about starting a freshman is it makes it super difficult to have a talented back up.

I think they were, but I don’t think they left because AK was declared the promised son or anything. They saw AK get the first crack when Morgan went out and they predicted like all of us did that he would be the starter the following year.

If they like Wittke I think they just hold as he could bolt if they add someone. Also I just think it’s unlikely they add someone of this caliber without being able to offer a legit starting opportunity.

Based on what? Wouldn’t he have given ZA the starting spot back if he had anointed him? He went out and got Brosmer as well. I get you aren’t a Morgan fan, but none of his backups have done anything at the FBS level.

You had to think there was a strong chance of Wittke or Pyron leaving. Sounded like Wittke was getting run with the second team based on reports. I don’t think anyone expected a huge challenge to Lindsey from any of the other qbs on the roster as far as opening day starter.

Seems like a bad idea to do this in the spring when most teams have fleshed out their rosters much more than at the end of the season.

Unfortunately you risk a pay cut by exploring the market.

I don’t know how these good but not great players are coming up with these numbers. Makes you wonder what kind of budgets these teams are working with.
