Yeah looks very fast in his hudl videos. Estrada also looks quite fast and Rowden and Ferguson were no slouches. Rowden looked very physical as well. Tompkins was definitely less speedy, but he’s 6’1” 227 pounds, he actually looked pretty good playing linebacker as well.

Not sure, I know some were and he took 13 with him, that’s a pretty good chunk of the roster. Certainly has to help get the rest of the players up to speed on expectations of the new staff.

I dunno, I think there’s something to be said for hiring a coach from a talented lower level school and having him bring players with him that can be instant upgrades and contributors for quick results. Of course I’m sure we can find examples of both methods working out.
