My guess is that it is negotiable based on the size of the deal that gets struck. They might get 20% of a 150k deal and take 10 or 15% of a million dollar deal. The athletes have a choice on agents so I am sure those commission rates a competitive. A search of the subject suggests a 10-20% range...

The beauty of this kid, besides his great size, is that he is just going to be a sophomore and he showed a lot of improvement during his freshman year. Lots and lots of upside here.
