I think the market will actually be pretty rabid for Giannis, although as you stated, his injuries and attitude have probably depressed his value some.I dunno. I'm probably wrong on this but I think there will be less of a market than people think for soon to be 32 year old, injury plagued Giannis, who was a pain in the ass behind the scenes if Myles Turner was telling the truth. Certainly way more than Julius but not as much as I would have guessed a year ago. I thinking one frontline starter, one rotation guy and a prettily heavily protected first a couple of years out.
We'll see....
If OKC or NYK fail to win the Title, I'd put them at the top of the contenders for his services although the Knicks package would have to evolve around current players since they have less Draft capital than even we do.
I think DET would be a great spot for him but they are desperate for outside shooting and that's one thing that Giannis doesn't bring to the table.
