All Things 2026 Transfer Portal Thread

Decent rebounding stats and assist:turnover (2:1); didn't shoot the 3 well (31%)

Do any of these players attend class any longer? Why would they?
here's to hoping some are smart enough to understand that $500K invested at 10% is $22 Million 40 years later. no other contributions.

Only played 13 mpg for Arizona this year, could be a sneaky good pickup for Oregon

Ham, how did this Palmer guy escape your reach of knowing all players and their relationship to the portal? 😉

Seriously was he a late entry?

He entered on the 17th, the portal ended the 21st.

I'm flattered you think I know so much about the happenings of the portal! I usually just pass along messages as I see them. Out of over 2,300 entries, even I'm bound to miss one or two 😄

4.6 points and 1.4 rebounds on 18 minutes a night isn't much of a headline grabber, but I like the fact that he has 2 years left and he shot 36% on 2.5 3s attempted per game. Could be a quality perimeter threat with more minutes.

Aaron Bradshaw to Tennessee State. Could be their first ever former McDonald's All American. What a fall for Bradshaw, going from playing for Kentucky as freshman to Tennessee State as Senior. 4th school in 4 years.

Too bad he didn't go to ohio state.

He did at one point 😄
Right, and he was a discipline problem so they didn't want him back. He had some discipline problems at Memphis, too. Pretty big fall from grace to be a McDonald's AA, start your career at Kentucky and end up at Tennessee State.

TSU was pretty good last year too. Coached by former Duke guard Nolan Smith. Hopefully he can figure his shit out.

Pretty bad if Memphis doesn't want you back, Penny's bench was full of anarchy lol

Now he’ll average 22 a game and get drafted late in the first round or maybe early 2nd because of it no longer guaranteed.

8.5 rpg for a 6'5" G is impressive
Exactly. Likely his stats won't translate all the way from Lindenwood to the B1G, but going after boards will bode him well.

I'm assuming this is an end of the bench piece... 6 PPG in 20 mpg at UMES.

NCAA : Anything goes now. It's almost impossible to cheat!

Will Wade: Hold my beer.

No different than Alabama trying to get Bediako mid season last year. It'll be interesting to see if he's actually granted eligibility, because he signed a 2 way contract as well.

There has to be a line somewhere. Seems pretty simple to say that if you sign an NBA contract you are no longer eligible to play college basketball. That shouldn't be controversial.
Yes, but what will be determined to be legal, or what are the limits of legality when it comes to college sports?

If you can go back to college to get a degree as a 60 year old what's to stop you from playing sports if you can?.

Until the words "student athlete" are removed I can't this being stopped
