Stats and data never lie!

Back in the Jim Wacker Era, the Gopher football marketing department actually ran this exact model on team posters and billboards. It was "Come Watch the Team We Think is #1" and did a similar formula to where we beat a team who beat a team, etc. until that team beat the Natty.
