Funniest part is when the play by play guy says “what just happened?” Then the other commentator says nobody knows.
 


The losing team needs some work on inbounding the ball against the press I think.

Winona State had a similar melt down in the D2 national championship a few years back.

It gave me all the feels of the Men's Hockey National Championship OT when the Gophers lost to Quinnipiac.

I was there the following year so that made up for it sort of. Atkinson hit a game winner in all three games there. Luckiest player ever. The battles over the years between Winona/Mankato and Winona/Northern were incredible. Northern St in 2008 had 4 losses all to Winona. Probably prevented them from a National Title.

Northern Sun was great last couple of years and is really down this year. Think the portal of taking the best players to transfer up to mid majors or lower D1 is starting to hurt.

Winona's Quincy Henderson is now coach at St Cloud and won the conference.
