Well, the transfer rankings, preseason rankings, betting odds etc all painted a picture and that picture was that Indiana was projected as an 8-9 win fringe top 25 team rather than 16-0 national champions.

They still had doubters and haters going into the Miami game! So hearing they were destined to be great from the get go based on their mediocre transfer classes and trailer park coaching staff is a bit much. Uh uh. No revisionist history.
