From everything I’ve read, it’s not. But certainly could be some coercion, threats, etc that will get him arrested with this coming to public eye depending on how he reacted to the clear evidence this has blown up in his face in the entirely expected way anyone with a brain knew it would

Breaking into someone’s house will get you arrested. A psych hold will get you sent to the hospital

May be both but the supposed breaking into her house is super illegal

Criminal statutes and institutional policy are two different things. Not illegal between consenting adults but may violate university policy.
