Because she’s in there waiting for it and they don’t see her right away. If they would get the ball in to her in a timely manner, she would be able to shoot.
 

Case in point, on that last possession, Sophie was jousting for about seven seconds before they finally threw to her.

umm I am not sure that is the case. Many times they get it to her right away and she just stands and holds on to the ball.
 



Gopher offense is too predictable, therefor struggle to get their shooters open looks. Offense is either let guard go one on one or 4 on the perimeter to see about dumping into the post with no other movement which allows the D to collapse onto our post for double teams and our post seem to struggle to see the court for passing.

Ladies trying to see how close they can make the game.
 













Alabama just beat Harvard 80-60, so the Gophers will play the Crimson Tide on Wednesday. Harvard was ahead at halftime, but Alabama came back strong in the second half.
 

I couldn't catch the game today, but I should get a chance to catch the game against Bama on Wed. Seeing the conversation and looking at the stats, I assume we might need to do a bit better than 17 TO's to 12 Assists if we expect to win.
