Gophers Fleck opening statement after Oregon.

He’s not wrong with that. Man alive is that QB good for the Ducks! Best QB play I’ve seen all year (although Sayin looks great for tOSU). Great touch, accuracy and dude can run! I’ve always been enamored with a QB that can pass but move around and extend plays. Mahomes, Josh Allen, Rodgers in his prime. Wish the Gophers could get a guy that can do both. Hard to find though.

Yea he was hitting everything---over the middle, corner routes, fades, out-of-bounds--- dude was even completing dropped passes. Hard to compete when a guys on a heater like that.

Fair. I think if they beat NW they rally and if they lose its over, but that's just me.
I think the two results are pretty independent of each other and both probably close to 50/50 game

None of the three teams can score.
I expect 2 close games played below 25

Because we lost at Ohio State and Oregon?

What about beating Rutgers, Purdue, Nebraska, and Michigan State??
Because Northwestern is a road game, and they have looked pathetic in every road game this year. I get that a game at Northwestern is about as placid as you're going to get as a road team, but still.

Ultimately, the wins are all that matters, but it's tough for me to say that this has looked like a good football team in any game besides Northwestern State or Nebraska.

We've lost on the road and won at home because of the really weird, incredible lopsided quality of opponents at home vs on the road. (One exception being Cal.)

NW is the same quality as Nebraska, Mich State, Rutgers, Purdue.

It's going to be a really close, hard fought game, don't get me wrong. NW needs this one badly if they want to make a bowl.

Down 42-13 with 9 minutes left and they punt on 4th and 4. At least show a little fight in some of these losses.

He wasn't just completing dropped passes, he completed a dropped pass for a TD. He's a god.

NW is the same quality of opponent as those others.
Correct
Nebraska beat northwestern
Northwestern best win is either UCLA or last place Penn state

They’re playing Michigan tough
Michigans best win is either Nebraska or 3-3 Washington (who lost to Wisconsin and has a best win Illinois)

It’s:
Oregon Ohio state Indiana
Gap
USC and Iowa
Gap
Everyone else
Gophers are maybe the best of everyone else if they win the next two

Agree 100%

Although, will be interesting to see USC vs Oregon

Only exception is that Illinois might be closer to Iowa and USC than the rest

Illinois bear USC but lost to Washington
If Iowa beats USC it’s possible USC is also in the “rest” group

I think Washington and Illinois are better than MN. But it’s not a big difference.

I think Illinois is maybe
I do not think Washington is
I think they’re the same

Washington and Illinois both have a better win than the gophers but a worse loss

Maybe it’s:
Ohio state Indiana

Oregon

Iowa and USC

Michigan

Minnesota Illinois and Washington

Everyone else

If gophers go 2-0 pretty easy argument to make gophers are better than Illinois and Washington I think
