No, but they're piling on an already bad situation. Took away a nice first down for the Gophs on a questionable hold. Took away another nice first down on an obvious PI. Gave another first down to the Ducks on 3rd and short on a bad spot. Never even replayed the touchdown. Gave a another first down to the Ducks on an off tackle run on a big time hold worse than what they called on the Gophers. They all add up.
