You don't get opportunities like that very often. Two yards and they just bail.
 







This team is unexpectedly and bizarrely explosive at times. They go nowhere for two possessions and then they go 90 yards in four plays.
 






The Gophers have boldly deployed the Cal defensive game plan (rush 3 and cover) and somehow it's working this time. Excellent coverage.

This team actually has had two or three similar possessions this year and they always seem to come after the team is doing nothing on offense.
 




Clearly, they watched quite a bit of film against Purdue. Sign of a good team is making game to game adjustments.
 


I think for the ultimate throwback game they should play in snowpants like they did in 1900
