Go Gophers!!
They were?Very exhilerating. Hope appeared for the first time that season.
The Gophs were 4-5 going into that game. Defense was discombobulated to that point.
This was the 2019 season. Gophers were 3-0 heading into the Purdue game.Very exhilerating. Hope appeared for the first time that season.

They must've been Gopher fans too referring to Morgan's masteryYup, my wife drags me to a barn wedding in Iowa....I snuck away to listen to the second half on the car.radio which was parked in a hilly grass field. A couple car rows away the noises of "Yessss!! Yess! DON'T STOP!!!" were interrupting my concentration.
Morgan and the Gophers kept fighting....Morgan was amazing on that day and in the 2019 season. Very fun listen!
And my absence was hardly missed...my excuse...I was in line for the porta potty.
Throwing to two NFL receivers can do that....Not bad for a QB some have labelled a 'game-manager'.
Well it’s an entirely different systemThing that stands out to me in this is lack of RPO in the current offense
Yes....but he threw some really nice passes. It wasn't like they were making circus catches all the time. And the Morgan to Johnson slant was done to perfection.Throwing to two NFL receivers can do that....
That receiver plays for the Vikings and got hurt on a punt in pre season and now out for year. Missed 2024 due to knee injury as well. Rondale Moore could fly when healthy. Also the game where Purdue lost their QB and best WR in the same play.
Just unfortunate.
It was David Bell (who ended up being the games leading receiver I mean)That receiver plays for the Vikings and got hurt on a punt in pre season and now out for year. Missed 2024 due to knee injury as well. Rondale Moore could fly when healthy.
AK is throwing to two likely NFL wide receivers this year.Throwing to two NFL receivers can do that....
I was at that game. Lots of fun. Well for me, I was visiting my son who attended Purdue. Not so much fun for him.
Go Gophers!!
Leidner throwing a pick 6 to end the half vs Purdue at TCF. Wonderful.
