Koi Perich may go down as one of my favorite Gopher's of all-time. If he lives up to the expectations and hype that has been generated after a phenomenal first season he will, without a doubt, be my favorite Gopher ever.

Hayo Carpenter: May there never be another Gopher player with as much hype, produce so little again. Visions of that D lineman catching him from behind, dance in my head.
 

I'm getting a little nervous about all the pre-season hype. But, I am a traumatized MN sports fan.

His interception that sealed the USC victory was a golden moment on a golden evening, that I'll remember forever. Probably the most fun game I've seen at the Bank.

Is Perich going to be college football's next two-way star? He burst onto the scene as a freshman in 2024, with a team-best five interceptions to go along with 46 total tackles. In addition, Perich was the team's top return man and an overall spark plug and immediate fan favorite. According to Twin Cities media, Perich could also get some run on offense in 2025, as quite possibly the Gophers' top overall performer.
