Not so much fell as intentionally dove off the floor in pursuit of the last point in an NCAA loss. Against Notre Dame I think?
I believe she was the 2nd in a series of 4-year starting setters (Osterling, Jackson, Bauer, Berg), although I'm not sure who preceded Sharon Osterling and the website ain't going to help me I'm sure. I'll pull out a media guide and check.
Anyhow, she was very very good. Very sad news.
