Rashod gets a 3-year $36.75 million extension with $20M guaranteed. Really great news for him and highly deserved. I hope some of that can come back to DA. 😀

Even when he was underperforming, it always seemed like the Ravens really liked him.
He and Lamar seem to be building a really nice chemistry, especially during the second half of last season. Lamar clearly trusts Rashod, and that’s everything for a QB-WR relationship.

Plus, he was finally healthy for basically the whole year.
Has actually had back to back years of being mostly healthy and starting. But he finally broke through last year and became a key piece of their passing game.

It is interesting looking at his stats. He only had 16 more targets and 13 more receptions in 2024 vs. what he had in 2023. But his yardage total doubled and he found the EZ 9 times in 2024 after only 4 TD in the previous 3 years combined.

Hopefully he can continue to have the kind of success he had last season going forward. Awesome to see him getting an extension, especially one with a big chunk of it being guaranteed which is the most important part of any NFL contract.

I love how the Gopher program has become a dback NFL pipeline and how that has allowed Fleck to start dipping into 4 star territory in his recruiting in that area. The more NFL success, and the more contracts like Bateman's, the more of a pattern that suggests Minnesota doesn't have to be a second or third choice anymore.

Imo if he was with a team that had a gunslinger for a qb this contract would be double…
Jackson had a legit great season as a passer last year. Google his numbers.
Really!? Lamar Jackson is just below Mahomes level as a quartback..

Jackson did have a passing good year. But I think Phil is more referring to a downfield passing attack. That's never been Jackson's game. They definitely took more shots downfield this past year.....as Henry forced defenses to bring more guys towards the line.....but short strikes and crossing patterns have been more attuned to Baltimore's offensive philosophy in recent years.
