Meatsauce thinks he is the Midwest Pete Davidson. Sad.
interesting idea, bring your mitt and play some catch!!
Paying to watch other guys get to third base at a Drive-In seems a tad desperate and creepy.
Just like HS for somePaying to watch other guys get to third base at a Drive-In seems a tad desperate and creepy.
The last movie I saw at a Drive-In was "The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again" when I was 7 or 8 years old.Just like HS for some![]()
Thelma Lou liked the cut of Barney Fife's jib.I seriously doubt that flick brought out the pervs but I guess you can never be too sure. Maybe Don Knotts drove the ladies wild??? Mr. Furley sure did.
2 summers ago we had a family reunion on Cape Cod, renting 4 houses scattered around Eastham & Wellfleet. The last movie I saw at a Drive-In was "The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again" when I was 7 or 8 years old.
Mom making the popcorn at home before leaving, Dad filling the cooler with RC Cola and Tab, Dad packing the car with our favorite blankets, Mom always letting me sit in the front seat..all of that preparation by my parents only for me to then fall asleep less than 15 minutes into the movie.2 summers ago we had a family reunion on Cape Cod, renting 4 houses scattered around Eastham & Wellfleet.
One of the houses, while only 2 miles from the coast was also directly behind a Drive-In, just a few hundred yards behind it. A few of us were interested in going but the double bill was Top Gun: Maverick (already saw it) and some animated feature.
We were within range though to pick up the audio on the in-house FM frequency, which was kind of cool to listen to around the fire for a bit.
I just watched The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again a couple weeks ago. Was flipping through channels and came across it. Nice little trip down memory lane, but if I don't see it for another 40 years, that'd be just fine too.The last movie I saw at a Drive-In was "The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again" when I was 7 or 8 years old.

I was banished by my mother to the bedroom and missed Tim and Don’s hijinks. Said banishment occurred because I was erroneously blamed for the misdeeds of the troglodyte I shared a birth canal with and he’s still a dickThe last movie I saw at a Drive-In was "The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again" when I was 7 or 8 years old.

I was going to type some long winded soliloquy to parental love , but this says it much more elegantly than I ever could -Mom making the popcorn at home before leaving, Dad filling the cooler with RC Cola and Tab, Dad packing the car with our favorite blankets, Mom always letting me sit in the front seat..all of that preparation by my parents only for me to then fall asleep less than 15 minutes into the movie.
I wish I had appreciated how great my parents were (and still are) when I was a little kid.
Ryan's a bit of an odd dude all the time, but his demeanor on the mound the last two starts has been strange even for him. Weird stretching etc between pitches. Not sure if he's dealing with some undisclosed injury again or just bring the Joe Ryan Experience to a new level. Hopefully the later.JC, take Ryan out of the game
Ah, Tom Nieto. I have an autographed baseball from him. Buddy I worked with in minor league baseball gave it to me. He was working for New Britain when Neito was managing the Rock Cats.Royce Lewis on an 0fer30 cooler.
Glad he's upbeat about it, but I wouldn't mind if he turned into a jerk now and then and hit .250 or so.

I'm not complaining about his stats. Just concerned about his mini-yoga sessions on the mound. He’s .6-2 with a sub 3 ERA and 0.9 WHIP and 10.1K/per 9!!!
Express Yourself you AS!!

Nuke needed time to adjust to the garters. Ryan will be fine.Maybe that’s done to avoid injury![]()
