I’m not sure if his answers were off but it was more the subject of the questions. His situation with his girlfriend is bizarre and all questions about it are going to be rightfully awkward.

Does he have family and are they ok with this… whatever this is….
 



I never would have expected Bill Belichick of all people to have a cutesy Instagram relationship with a 20-something.

I presume they have excellent medical facilities in Chapel Hill, and stress-testing has been, and is, part of coach’s regular regimen. Just to assure, as the ad says, his “heart is strong enough for . . . ummm ‘getting across the goal line’ . . . ‘the tush push’ . . . or, especially ‘going for 2’ (when the card tells you to, of course)” . . . 😎👍

Just strange he would bring her to the interview and then they’d be put off by questions about the relationship

Would’ve been better optics to not have her there and him simply say I won’t answer about that topic

Seems like they intentionally are trying to create publicity by doing it this way

I think you maybe got it backwards. She brought Bill to the interview and he got blindsided.

Like Belichick and his "muse," it's no one's business what they're up to as long as they're of age and free to make their own decisions. I don't have to agree with it, but the royal "we" don't get to choose who anyone loves.
