Interesting take. My immediate read was he was whining which led to my impulsive post chiding him. If he wasn’t, I repent and I should salute him for being a stand up guy.

I was surprised by all the media hullabaloo about it because it was so obvious. The call wasn’t controversial in the least.

He was complaining after the game about the call. But it looked like he turned to the bench immediately after it happened to complain which usually indicates he's mad at the player and not the refs. I could be wrong. Maybe he didn't want to say anything to the refs directly to avoid getting a T or something.

They couldn't have scripted it any better. There's little doubt Iowa and LSU being put in the same bracket was intentional.

The primary difference between those in the first tweet and the one that was called is that the players kept their elbows in. The one at the end of the game was blatant and if it wasn't called and UCONN had won because of it there would have been a massive uproar the other way.

But I am sure that Geno is right and there were plenty of moving screens that could have been called over the course of the game on both teams. Doesn't change the fact that his player 100% committed a foul on that last play and the refs were 100% right to call it.

What I think is funny is that there are people that can look at the full body reply and not see a foul. You have to have some serious blinders on to do that.
 





Both of these teams and fan bases are whiners. IO would have been just as upset had that been called against them at the end of the game . IO fans are still complaining about the correctly called illegal fair catch signal that occurred months ago in football because we won….

A dominant program like UCONN complaining about officials is pretty amusing.

Wow. Iowa leads and lead. Then at the end of the 2nd quarter Caitlin Clark dribbling up the court twice gets the ball stolen. Clark has 3 turnovers in the first half. Clark has scored 21 points.

South Carolina pulled ahead and leads 49-46.

For all the talent Caitlin Clark has, she has some very obvious deficiencies.

She has poor decision-making/shot selection, her handle is loose, and that defense is mediocre.

She had her pocket picked way too much. The steal she gave up at the end of the half was terrible. She was very lazy with the ball, and that's been a recurring issue.

She has great handles and great decision making. She is obviously tired, and that caused those turnovers.

No. She shoots a lot of terrible shots. She has the Brett Favre mentality. She has the ability to make any shot, and shoots a lot of contested and off-balance threes.

If she cleaned that up, she'd be a lot better, which is scary.

Lynx will get Edwards or Reese. Hopefully, Edwards. If Edwards is gone, I wouldn't be surprised if Reaves drafts Mühl.

Reaves likes UCONN players, she has complained about needing more help at PG, and she loves hard-nosed, defensive players.

Her loose handles showed up again, too.
