piece of 3 Big Ten West titles out of 7 chances, PLUS 3 2nd place finishes
6 and 1 in Bowl Games
and he is 0 and 2 in the conference and you fire him because the fans are unhappy?????

He was a jag, no doubt. I don't care if it was a "squirrel find a nut" situation, he nailed it.

He's wasn't even calling for Chryst's job per se (at least within hours from the tantrum), but he said the Administration needed to step up. Ponying up big dough for a buy out is something. How it plays out will take years to determine if it benefits or hurts long term.

So, Wisconsin is tied with Ohio State for most appearances in the Championship Game with 6. They are tied with Sparty for second-most wins in CG, with 2.

Will their next hire be expected to surpass that level of success?
