Tickets missing?

Anyone not have their tickets for tonight yet? The guy who has the tickets for our group says they aren't in his account yet. It said to check back 48 hours before the game, but they still aren't there...
 


They should be in the account. Definitely call the ticket office. They’ve been helpful quickly.
 

I have Gopher Pass and the tickets aren't showing up in the app either. I was able to save them to my digital wallet from the email though.

I feel like something similar happened at the begining of the season last year but then got fixed.
 



Mine are there. Checked last week. Loaded them from the app into Google Wallet this morning.

These are season tickets and not Gopher Pass where you pick seats 48 hours before game? Regardless call the ticket office. Yesterday got through in like 5 minutes
 

No issues. Loaded them on Tuesday afternoon.
 



So the issue for me is the old app (icon had a maroon background with gold M) has been updated. There is a new app and it has an icon with gold background with maroon M. I had to go to the Google Play Store and download it like a brand new app (it isn't just updated like apps normally update). Did I miss a memo on downloading the new version of the app?

But everything works fine now for me.

I guess I didn't get that one (searched through all my Gopher Sports emails). The ticket office said that we just need to make sure we have the app version with the yellow background. Not sure how that process plays out on Apple, but on Android it seems it's not a normal app update that gets pushed through. You have to manually download the new version (and probably a good idea to delete the old one). Kind of an odd process.
 


I had some trouble with the app. Was hanging up on the screen to manage my tickets forever and twice made me prove I wasn't a robot. For no explainable reason it finally started working about the time my panic level was ratcheting up to eleven. I downloaded the new app now and got rid of the old one, I don't know if that was the problem, they both look identical.
 

Strongly recommend saving to a wallet. I don’t trust internet near the bank
