It's Senior Day at Northwestern and 13-15 Minnesota faces off vs 13-15 Northwestern. Something has to give in the "Ben Johnson Bowl" with his first time as a head coach roaming the sidelines where his collegiate career began.

Can Battle keep his hot hand? Will anyone else step up and help carry the load? Will Northwestern pack the arena to honor its senior class?

Ben’s 1st school. It’s always special playin here at a place where I began my college career…..
 

From what I saw, the Cats are 7.5-point favorites...after the Gophs beat them by 17 at Williams Arena. My how the Gophers' fortunes have fallen since then. The team hasn't been right since the series of illnesses, but I wonder what else is wrong. Just hitting the wall? Defense hasn't been good at all.
 

A preview of the opening game of the Big Ten Tournament. Would be 3rd straight tourney game vs NW?
 




Watching Wisconsin Nebraska. Not sure who I want to win. If Wisc wins they win the B1G outright but if Neb wins the Gophers will fall to 14th.
 





Nebraska wins in Madison. If we lose, we finish last. Don't make Ben a liar, boys!

Looks like it could be a hyperextended or sprained knee...or a bruised knee. Hard to tell whether it happened on the drive or when he hit the floor.

Seriously, hoping for the best for him. Hate to see injuries heading into the postseason.

Great seeing the badgers hurt their seeding. So I wanted a Badgers loss.

I dig when the announcers say something like, “you don’t want to let Jamison Battle get downhill”. Love when he gets to the rim and flushes it down.

We can still make the ncaa tourney. We beat Northwestern, Rutgers and almost beat Iowa. Beat those three next week and we are in the B1G semifinal. Will it happen, probably not. But I won't give up until they are officially out. Don't watch today if you don't care then.
