IF KC is at full strength, I'd think we are going to struggle to win by more than 11.

11 pts? That’s a surprise. KC has height advantage which may doom the Gophers.

Illinois could be missing 4-5 players tomorrow. Kofi, of course, but Curbelo had a mild concussion in last exhibition. Trent Frazier and Austin Hutcherson have minor injuries that may keep them out. Game time decision. Kofi, Curbelo and Frazier are the three best players on the team. Could be a tougher game than the spread.

Ok

Putting $100 on Iowa and UMKC to cover.

You're probably right about Iowa. McCaffrey's teams have a history of beating the hell out of bad teams early in the season although they often struggle to beat good ones. You could be right on the KC game as well but I'd rather not talk about that.

They're also in the summit league and had seven guys transfer out, me thinks they will have chemistry issues as well, but with less talent

Sure but the best basketball player at Illinois opponent is probably too busy coaching football and shooting Aflac commercials, so I'm guessing they will be fine

There's a very good chance the Gophers could lose, which is going to be the case for virtually every game this year. It is what it is.

Time for Johnson to show everyone he can rise above expectations, which are admittedly about rock bottom for his team.

Is this ok with anyone?
