I was also at the 2018 Maryland and Nebraska games which were both pathetic blowouts.
Terps weren't good that season and we were pretty good by the end of the year (game was played in September though).
Nebraska came into that game at 0-6 (pretty sure it was Scott Frost's first career win).
I know it doesn't fit the context of your thread but...
As someone who was in attendance at the 2017 Northwestern game, GOOD GOD.
39-0. Late November game in the freezing rain and wind in Evanston. Demry Croft was 2-11 passing for 43 yards.
Easily the least fun I've ever had at a Gopher road...
Haha I just don't think the original statement qualified. Parker is a good looking dude with a great personality. They seem pretty on par with each other TBH.
No, they're much different players.
Dawson is a better player but unfortunately for him, Battle's skillset is more valuable to NBA teams (deeper range, quicker release, has better bounce).
I could see Dawson getting some cups of coffee in the league but would bet he ends up making bank as a...
Haha that was just a miserable weather game. Cold rainy Friday night in October.
I think the story is that Ciarocca asked PJ on the headset if he just wanted to win the game now.
Bielema was on Pardon My Take on Friday...awesome interview.
Don't think I've ever done a bigger 180 on a coach than I've done with him. Really good coach and just an old school ball guy. Great personality and funny.
He was extremely hate able/punchable while the Badgers HC (plus with the...
I honestly think we are gonna make the tournament.
It's going to be refreshingly obvious after a couple of games that we have an real coach. Ball movement and an actual offensive system will do wonders.
Well I specifically said home non con slate.
The Palm Springs tourney looks promising. And hopefully the game @ Mizzou actually happens.
But asking for 1 good non conf home game isn't too much too ask. Both for our tourney prospects and the season ticket holders.
