We’ve had freshman starters before. I hope Fleck starts the one that looks the best regardless of class. There’s a lot that goes into it to make the decision.

247 says he was the 50th rated prospect. Very close to a 4 star. I don’t know why some of you are trying to downgrade him. There sure are a lot of negative Nellie’s on this board.

The “mad stork” comes to mind. He’s anlmost exactly the same height and weight.

I noticed 2 DE scheduled visits have committed elsewhere. There are still 10 DL visits scheduled. Maybe they take 2 or 3 more.

Maybe Karmo will be a LB that blitzes a lot. Also, maybe they switch Smith to DT. He’s certainly big enough and would provide a good inside rush. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens.

Are you sure this is correct? Others are saying he was in 5 games including the bowl game. Not that it matters.

No, he redshirted last year. Played in 4 regular season games and a bowl game still retaining his redshirt. So he has 4 years left.
