I know you’re locked in to wbb recruiting. What are your other reasons other then being highly rated and having their pick of schools. Maybe they like the idea of playing at their home school in front of relatives and friends. At least I hope so,

Xavier Jackson DB commits to NC

I think at least one more DB. I’d say Lewis, Jackson or Hill. Don’t think we’ll get McGregory or Jones. Maybe a LB but I have no idea who it would be,

I guess the Gophers should have offered him as a TE. Apparently that was big factor in his decision. If he can’t add the weight to be a TE I could see him as a WR.

What a year for the Fargo-Moorhead area. Moorhead—-RB Reich, WR Mack Fargo——-TE Kessel Kindred——-TE Bakko, OL Starcvic All already offered by the Gophets.

Does anybody see if anyone expected back is missing?

I don’t believe Minnesota has ever had a top 4 in-state class as good as this one is. Voss, Trout, Johnson and Petersohn. All 4 stars. Petersohn we need you to jump in the boat soon!

The new roster including the freshman that didn’t come early is now up on Gopher Sports.

He’s a real sleeper. Could turn out to be a super commit!

Since Richardson committed it seems pretty unlikely the Gophers will get McGrgory. Richardson seems like a good prospect pickup.

I don’t think McGregory wants to play at Iowa. Jones will likely go to Nebraska. His brother is there. Manson didn’t take an OV to the Gophers and is likely a lock for Iowa. Cheeks also didn’t take an OV to the Gophers. I think they’re happy with Estrada & Bates as their RB’s.

I think the Gophers are open to play him at either LB or TE. Someone said LB would be his primary position but he would get some looks at TE. He’s very athletic and versatile just like Perich who’s primary position is S but is getting looks at RB and WR.

I don’t know how many more they’re taking but this is my take on what order I’d take them: 1. Voss—TE 2. Petersohn—LB 3. McGregory—S 4. Lewis—CB 5. Jackson—CB

I wonder if there will be any commitments today. Petersohn we’re waiting for you.
