Bad calls/no calls so far. There was a PI against the gophers. Looks like our DB play the ball. Both players handsy. Should not be a PI. And the bo call face mask 😡
DT is a former WR in high school. It's great to see us utilize and showcase all of what he have to offer. He will be a complete back once he becomes more of a pass blocker and picking up blitz.
By the looks of it, yea. If Brad Johnson's kid get a injury redshift, he will most likely transfer again next year. tho he is like a 5th yr player already i think
I've seen time and time again programs with highly recruited players flop like Nebraska. I trust in the coaching staff in finding the right players for the program.
And much like other top MN players in the past, choose big time schools, enters the transfer portal when they could of just stayed home, get play time and build something special here.
Long gone the days of having quality depth in college football now that NIL deals and the ability to play right away after transfering ruins that. "Oh, I'm not the starter? Ok I'll transfer"
Nah. Cashman is enough. Ivan pace and Cashman will run the show in the middle with hitman and metellus acting as extra LB in several packages. Unless Campbell takes a massively low pay to back up pace and Cashman but I don't see that happening.
Is it just me or Nathan Roy got knocked down in his national ranking? If so, maybe it's because he was chosen to participate in the all american game but couldn't go and compete with other top High School players. Our other 3 gophers went and I think all 3 got their rankings improved.
A bunch of MN hs players were 3 stars earlier in the 2023 year like Koi Perich and Wyatt Gilmore before becoming 4 stars. Some were low or mid 3 stars before becoming high 3 star recruits.
