Carrier getting PT would be huge. He seems like the heir apparent to Baranowski.

Would be sick if Roman Voss could be the short yardage QB option a la Seth Green while he develops at TE.

Don’t forget about Gousby at S. Adding a starting caliber OL, DT and potentially TE would be huge.

I’d give Fleck an A- for his portal work so far. If he can add a quality DT and a quality OL, I’d give him an A+.

I also think that with this system, a lot of the success is due to players knowing where they are supposed to be and who is making what...
