Can you imagine the crying and whining if Centennial had to play Moorhead on the Fargodome?

I am sick of Star Tribune articles on Moorhead but how is a neutral site game against Centennial at Spring Lake Park fair? What is going on with the MSHSL? They are out of control!

That Elk River seed is absolutely horrendous. They got Mercy-ruled by Alexandria. The league letting that stand really undermines their credibility.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Alexandria for blowing out Elk River 52-16 in 5A last week. You dont see Elk River getting Mercy ruled very often.

Beyond all of his accomplishments, Daniel is one of the nicest people your will ever meet. You can tell he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. A great personality to go along with his accomplishments. He kicked quite a few kickoffs through the uprights. The crowd always loved that!

Moorhead should be really good this year. That passing game is terrific and is predicated on quick hitting slants and hitches and letting their athletes break tackles and outrun defenses. That type of offense has the potential to help hide a line that may be down a bit. I stress the word...

That Alex defense is tough to play against. Just wears a team down to have every pass contested on top. Takes away time from your possession. Thompson was fun to watch.

Thompson is just a great kid too. Very unselfish. He was the QB on the second place team and named the Gatorade football player of the year this year.

You haven’t seen Jackson if you think he is built like an equipment manager. It was not a PWO commitment. He will put the kickoff through the uprights once in a while. He will be running again on Tuesday I believe.

His 10.86 was not hand timed. Machine timed. I was there. Great great kid in every respect. And yes, he is really fast. Joel Monroe the ex gopher kicker has coached him for years.

I just found a their game against park center. They are very athletic and talented! But they didn’t look tall. Maybe their tall guys were missing?

I am really looking forward to watching him this winter. Alexandria should be formidable up front!

I have watched Grove a lot the last two years and will watch him a lot next year. Although I have missed a game here and there, I have never seen him outplayed by the opposing big man.
