I don't know if Winston DeLattiboudere has aspirations to be a defensive coordinator, but if we could snag him back from the Arizona Cardinals by offering a promotion to DC I think that could work well. AFAICT he has been climbing the ranks fast as a DL coach because he's been successful...

Our defense sucks

Given how many times Fleck has had the opportunity to promote Matt Simon, yet hasn't, has led me to believe Matt Simon is refusing the job and doesn't want to be an OC.

Also, I find it very dissonant that we've had 2 come from behind wins when our offense feels like it's performing the worst it has in a few years.

Agreed, its definitely "Someone needs to be fired" bad. I think it's our OL coach who needs to go.

I gave a D. We won despite how we played. 2 facemasks from Purdue and a very good Pick 6 from Koi is what got us the win. The rest of the game was painful to watch.

At this point, I'm pretty sure Simon doesn't want to be an offensive coordinator, otherwise PJ would have promoted him or he would have left for a coordinator job at a smaller school to pursue that dream.

Callahan needs to be fired. OL has not been up to snuff, and he's the run game co-ordinator and our run game has been poor.
